Morgan Blue solid cream, £16 a tub - but a tub lasts me 9 months (106 rides). Put it on skin rather than the chamois, it's the best I've ever used. It's more like a wax than a cream. I'm probably just paying over the odds for vaseline!

I loved this! Jen is so informative and clear in her explanations. I've got a cupboard full of electrolytes that I just blindly drink knowing they'll do something helpful. I've also got some precision hydration 1000 tablets. Really good to get a better grasp of the value in being more accurate with your intake. I'd also never thought of pre-loading electrolytes. I knew you should stay hydrated but not with electrolytes before a big activity. Big thanks to James too for being so open about everything. You're lucky to know so many good people!

Often found Precision Hydration tablets do the job well and also not expensive. In the past I've used the sachets - they use less space and ideal for ultras, bikepacking or when space is at a premium.

Have your bowels been investigated? Might be useful to get a blood test for celiac disease (could film the subsequent feinting episode!) and a poo test from your GP to look for IBD
